Organisational development
Success lies in the system
A company’s effectiveness is strongly influenced by the extent to which an organisational culture has developed that supports the organisation’s objectives, as well as by the set of rules – whether explicit or implicit – that govern its operations and are followed and understood by its members. Of crucial importance are the organisation’s traditions of cooperation, how effectively staff work as a team, and the extent to which management pays attention to the external environment, or whether its focus is instead on compliance with internal rules.
What do we offer?
Our organisational development programmes focus on optimising organisational structure, processes and culture. We help organisations identify areas for development and design effective interventions to increase efficiency, manage change and achieve sustainable growth.
The steps in organisational development
Diagnosis: The first step is to assess the organisation’s current state and identify its strengths and weaknesses. This can be done through interviews, surveys and data analysis.
Planning: Based on the diagnosis, a development plan is drawn up, setting out the objectives, interventions and timetable.
Implementation: Carrying out the planned interventions, such as training sessions, workshops or the introduction of new processes.
Evaluation: Measuring and evaluating the impact of the changes introduced, and modifying the plan where necessary.
