I am an economist and business coach. I believe in sharing knowledge, lifelong learning and the idea that development is not merely a professional matter, but also a personal responsibility. Our family motto is: ‘Knowledge is the one thing that no one can ever take away from us.’ This idea shapes both my life and my work.

For me, learning is a process of continuous self-reflection and conscious self-development. I believe that we continue to change and develop right up until the end of our lives, but it matters in which direction and with what level of awareness we do so. The energy we invest in ourselves pays off not only in professional achievements, but also has an impact on our relationships, our work and our private lives. True development becomes valuable when it creates inner balance and enables us to function more authentically.

Self-identity and authenticity are important to me: being able to represent ourselves authentically in our various roles and life situations. I myself take on several roles day in, day out: as a person, a woman, a mother, a teacher, a counsellor, a coach and a leader. These roles reinforce one another and shape the approach I take to supporting others’ development and performance.
